Santa Clara is a beautiful, diverse farm, situated on the volcanic slopes near the UNESCO recognised town of Antigua. Run by the Zalaya family for almost a century, the farm is now under the leadership of Ricardo Zelaya and grows a range of varietals from Bourbon to Gesha.
