Our top selling dark roast. A blend of Colombian and Mexican coffees, with some variation throughout the year to maintain freshness and seasonality with the blend components. This coffee reminds us of maple syrup and baker's chocolate and serves up those roasty notes we all grew up loving.

Dapper & Wise Coffee Roasters is a specialty coffee roaster based in Hillsboro, Oregon, just west of Portland. Founded by friends Evan Aldrete and Tyler Geel of Insomnia Coffee, they roast carefully sourced, relationship coffees, run a tasting room behind their sister café and aim to be unpretentious, kind and fun while teaching customers about coffee.
