This organically grown coffee has all of the classic flavors we love from the Yirgacheffe region of Ethiopia. It has a wonderful blueberry aroma, augmented by notes of cacao and black tea. We roast this coffee to a light-medium level to fully develop the flavors and sweetness without clouding the unique flavor profile of heirloom varietals.
