We're pleased to have this lovely black honey processed coffee back for a second year. The Asoproaaa association mill was one of the highlights of our trip back in February of 2024. They specialise in Black Honey processing and provide financing and access to market for producers. The cherries are fermented anaerobically and dried on raised beds, resulting in a unique flavor profile.

Crankhouse Coffee is a specialty micro roaster based in Exeter, England. Founded in 2014 by Dave Stanton, the company evolved from a one car garage into a roastery and cafe. They roast interesting coffees in small batches, emphasising quality, service, and exploration of the craft and science of roasting.
