Ethiopia Natural is over the top with fruity aromatics! Pronounced blueberry and strawberry flavors are unrelenting throughout the cup. The aftertaste has secondary flavors like chocolate and chai and finishes with hibiscus. This coffee cherry looks more like a raisin when drying in the sun, yielding pungent aromatics and sweet flavors.
