This coffee is grown by Worku Buche and local smallholders in Chelchele, Yirgacheffe, at over 2100 meters. The slow maturation in a cool climate results in beans with clear aromatics and a fine balance of elegance and fullness. Processed using the dry method, the coffee exhibits classic Ethiopian expressions with a richer body than expected.
