This coffee is a washed Bourbon from producer Axel Palacios and his family farm Los Suspiros, located near Palmira in La Libertad, Huehuetenango. Axel is a fourth-generation coffee farmer and part of the Rosma Coffeelands project.
About Coffee Collective
Coffee Collective is a Danish specialty coffee roastery and café group founded in 2007 by World Barista Champion Klaus Thomsen, Peter Dupont and Casper Engel Rasmussen. Based in Copenhagen, it trades directly with farmers and runs eight cafés and a bakery while championing transparency and sustainability.
