Coffee Collective

Coffee Collective was founded in 2007 by three coffee professionals: World Barista Champion Klaus Thomsen, roaster Peter Dupont and barista Casper Engel Rasmussen. They set out to create an exceptional coffee experience built on fairness and transparency while showcasing the potential of specialty beans. Since 2008 they have pioneered direct trade, paying farmers transparently and publishing prices. Their aim is to improve living conditions for producers while ensuring quality and sustainability in every cup. The business remains 100% owned by its founders. Today the company is a certified B Corp and has eight coffee shops in Copenhagen and one in Aarhus as well as a bakery above their roastery. They roast in a light Scandinavian style and host courses and brew guides inviting customers to explore and learn about coffee.
