The Halo Beriti washing and drying station has been producing some top Yirgacheffes for years. This coffee features a floral bouquet with notes of camomile, peach, and honeydew melon, processed from cherries of local smallholder farmers.
About Cloud Picker Coffee Roasters
Cloud Picker Coffee Roasters, based in Dublin, Ireland, was founded in 2013 by Frank Kavanagh and Peter Sztal after a trip to Northern Thailand where they watched coffee pickers in the clouds. As Dublin’s first micro coffee roastery, they roast small-batch specialty coffees with care and curiosity.
