Introducing our newest DCAF Pods from Chiapas - Mexico’s most famous coffee region. We loved this coffee’s sweetness and balance so much in bean form, we had to make it into pods. Grown on Santa Fé farm near the Guatemalan border (dating back to 1855!), it’s full of heritage and flavour. Decaffeinated using the Mountain Water Process, it keeps all its taste without chemicals - just smooth, full-bodied coffee.

Cloud Picker Coffee Roasters, based in Dublin, Ireland, was founded in 2013 by Frank Kavanagh and Peter Sztal after a trip to Northern Thailand where they watched coffee pickers in the clouds. As Dublin’s first micro coffee roastery, they roast small-batch specialty coffees with care and curiosity.
