This Cauca department stretches from the East coast of Colombia up into the highlands of the Andes. The high altitude combined with volcanic nutrient-rich soil in Cauca lends itself to bright, vibrant coffees. The ethyl acetate process is known to highlight these qualities, resulting in a nuanced and balanced cup with a complex taste experience.

Cloud Picker Coffee Roasters, based in Dublin, Ireland, was founded in 2013 by Frank Kavanagh and Peter Sztal after a trip to Northern Thailand where they watched coffee pickers in the clouds. As Dublin’s first micro coffee roastery, they roast small-batch specialty coffees with care and curiosity.
