This naturally processed coffee comes from the Yirgacheffe region of Ethiopia. Tewabech Tilo has an inspiring story as she raised six children on her own while growing her farm to be almost 13 times the size of the average small holders in the area. She was able to fund the college education of all her children while independently controlling her own processing and marketing to exporters.

Cherry Coffee Roasters, based in New Orleans, Louisiana, was founded by Lauren Fink. Starting from a humble corner inside Stein’s Deli, it has grown into a brick-and-mortar café and roastery on Laurel Street, sourcing and roasting its own coffees and offering thoughtfully crafted brews.
