Lauren Fink, the heart and soul behind Cherry Coffee in New Orleans, began brewing specialty coffee inside Stein’s Deli, cultivating a loyal following. Her dedication led to opening a brick‑and‑mortar café on Laurel Street where she shares thoughtfully crafted brews with locals and visitors. Driven by continuous learning, Lauren ventured into roasting, transforming Cherry from a multi‑roaster café into one sourcing and roasting its own coffees. The growing roasting operation now supplies top‑quality coffee to wholesale partners across the region.
