Black Honey is a well-balanced coffee with malty and chocolaty base notes, uplifted by the tropical acidity of mangosteen. It is sweet and juicy with a long and clean aftertaste. The coffee cherries are processed using the Honey method, resulting in a full-bodied coffee.

Ceresia Coffee Roasters, founded in 2013 in Bangkok by Thai‑American roaster Garin “Bret” Asavaroengchai and Venezuelan sisters Marian and Lucia Aguilar, is a specialty coffee roastery.
