Ceresia Coffee Roasters, founded in 2013 in Bangkok by Thai‑American roaster Garin “Bret” Asavaroengchai and Venezuelan sisters Marian and Lucia Aguilar, is a specialty coffee roastery. They source seasonal single-origin beans from farms worldwide and roast in small batches to highlight each coffee’s character.
About Ceresia Coffee Roasters
The story of Ceresia began in London where Thai‑American Garin “Bret” Asavaroengchai met Venezuelan sisters Marian and Lucia Aguilar. The sisters, who grew up on their family’s coffee farm and worked at Monmouth Coffee while studying in London, shared Bret’s passion for specialty coffee. Returning to Bangkok, the trio opened Ceresia Coffee Roasters in 2013. As a Thai‑Venezuelan family business they source green beans from small single-origin farms around the world and roast them in small batches, rotating offerings seasonally to ensure freshness. Their café and workshop space invites guests to explore and learn about specialty coffee.
