Kivu Rise - Rwanda

This coffee comes from the Gikomero Washing Station in Rwanda, located at 1,600 meters altitude. The station works closely with local producers, offering agronomic support, financial training, and access to essential resources. The cherries are carefully selected, floated, depulped, fermented overnight, and then slowly dried on raised beds. The result is a clean, balanced, and bright cup that tells the story of craftsmanship and community.
