This coffee comes from the highest plantation in Brazil, called Vista do Brigadeiro. Vavá, the owner and our friend, is an extraordinarily talented producer whose coffees have been used multiple times in Brazilian and World Barista Championships. A truly unique coffee, not only because it is grown at an altitude of 1,600 to 1,700 meters, but for its exceptional floral notes that make it unforgettable.
