This is another spectacular coffee from our friend Alexandre, who has become one of the protagonists of the beautiful Caparaó area in Minas Gerais. From the first sip, it takes you straight to the tropics, thanks to the taste of yellow fruit, resulting from a 150-hour water fermentation and 15 days of natural sun drying. Perfect in filter or espresso — and we believe it shines best in espresso!
