Grown in the rich volcanic soils of Mount Kenya, this coffee enhances its aromatic profile. The cherries are carefully selected before pulping and fermented for about 16 hours. After washing and sorting, the parchment coffee is sun-dried on raised beds for 14-21 days, naturally balancing sweetness and vibrant acidity.
