This is another great coffee from our friend Alexandre, who has become one of the leading producers in the beautiful Caparaó region of Minas Gerais. This coffee will take you to the tropics from the first sip thanks to its yellow fruit flavor, due to fermentation in water at 38°C followed by a natural drying of 15 days. It is perfect for both filter and espresso (which we recommend).
