This coffee is from the beautiful country of Honduras. Named after Lucas’ wife (his favourite blonde), Blondie is delicate, sweet, light roasted coffee. This is the perfect coffee for those starting to get into specialty coffee. Brewed nicely as a pour-over, or even a single-origin espresso for the more adventurous!
