La Violetta is a single farm, single variety coffee from Aquiares Estate, one of the oldest coffee farms in Costa Rica. It is hand-picked, fermented in spring water, and dried slowly, resulting in a clean, vibrant, and balanced cup that reflects a committed and visionary terroir.
