A delicious and ethical coffee, certified 'Women’s lot', 'Farmer Impact Fund', 'Verified Living Income', and 'USDA Organic'. Founded in 2007 by ten female producers, AMPROCAL now includes over 300 women cultivating specialty organic coffee in the Ocotepeque region. The cherries are hand-picked, pulped the same day, fermented for 12 to 18 hours, washed with clear water, and sun-dried for 4 to 7 days. In the cup, La Labor is delicate yet complex: nougat, roasted almond, pear, and jasmine, with perfect roundness in both espresso and filter.
