This coffee is the result of the vision of Don Higinio and Doña Aura, who transformed a small agricultural plot into an exceptional coffee terroir. The family continues to cultivate corn, beans, tomatoes, and peaches, anchoring the farm in its nourishing role for the local community. In the cup, it is round and creamy with notes of milk chocolate, caramel, and nuts.
