About
Cultivated at over 1500 meters in the Waghi Valley, Bunum Wo undergoes a rigorous processing method. Ripe peaberry cherries are handpicked, fermented for three days with daily washings, and then soaked in water for an additional day. The Bunum Wo estate emphasizes sustainability, practicing soil and water conservation, and providing habitat for over 90 bird species through shade growing. It also supports the local community with free housing, healthcare, and education for workers.
