The Banko Chelchele is an exceptional coffee that will leave no one indifferent. With an intensity and complexity that is absolutely bewildering, it comes from the Gedeb area, known for its quality terroir. The coffee cherries are hand-picked and undergo a cold anaerobic fermentation for 7 to 10 days, developing unique aromatic profiles.
