About
Though grown, harvested and delivered from the eponymous farm, Sabana Redonda was honey-processed by the famous coffee pioneers Francisca and Oscar Chacón at Las Lajas Micromill. This honeyed Pacamara has lots of natural sweetness, mild acidity, and a round body. Tropical fruit including star fruit, banana, and agave, bready cereal notes, and syrupy body distinguish this coffee.
