Perched high in the mountains of Palestina, Huila, Finca Las Palmas has been the home and livelihood of Efrén Echeverri and his family for over two decades. This Gesha is crafted with meticulous care, beginning with hand-harvesting and careful selection of ripe cherries. The coffee undergoes a 20-hour barrel fermentation to build complexity, producing a vibrant and refined cup.
