This year we bring you a Dilgo Natural, scoring 91 points. Grown at 1,780 masl on the volcanic slopes of Baru Volcano, this Gesha from the DILGO plot is the first ever planted at Mima Estates. Harvested on February 10th, 2025, the cherries were carefully floated to remove imperfections, then sun-dried on African beds for three days before undergoing a unique cold fermentation.
