Swimming against the tide of bad decafs, our Mexican Decaf is a pearler: spicy and sweet with chocolate and lemon flavours, a bright acidity and clean aftertaste. Decaffeinated using a non-chemical Mountain Water Process, leaving the beans 99.9% caffeine free and flavourful.

Bay Coffee Roasters is a Welsh specialty coffee roaster based near Cardigan on the West Wales coast. Established over a decade ago, they roast only Arabica beans with medium‑to‑light profiles using renewable electric power, and operate a cafe in Carmarthen while championing sustainability and seaside inspiration.
