Our Fairtrade Organic Sumatran is from the Gayo region, sourced from a women managed co-op called Ketaira. This coffee has received a 3-star award for its quality, and the co-op uses grant money to enhance the lives of its members.
About Bay Coffee Roasters
Bay Coffee Roasters is a Welsh specialty coffee roaster based near Cardigan on the West Wales coast. Established over a decade ago, they roast only Arabica beans with medium‑to‑light profiles using renewable electric power, and operate a cafe in Carmarthen while championing sustainability and seaside inspiration.
