This limited run is a combination of two producers, two varietals, and three processing methods from Costa Rica. At 1650 meters above sea level, a unique coffee farm named Doña Daisy can be found. The producer of Costa Rican Don Joel coffee is Allan Alfredo Oviedo Rodriguez, known for innovative processing methods and high-quality coffee varieties.
