About
Sonia Díaz owns the farm Nuwa Senchi, which means 'Strong Woman' in the Awajún language, a tribute to Amazonian women’s resilience and leadership. She began cultivating coffee at age 22, focusing on Geisha and Marshell varieties. Today, Sonia manages 3 hectares in production and has plans to expand another 3 hectares of Geisha.
