About
Finca Deborah is shrouded in rainforest cloud coverage for much of the year. The extreme elevation and reduced temperature slow the metabolism of the trees, allowing for more sugars in the cherries. The cherries are harvested at perfect ripeness and processed in hermetically sealed tanks for over 50 hours.
