The Chelchele region in Ethiopia's Gedeo Zone is known for its fertile, reddish-brown soil and ideal coffee-growing conditions at altitudes between 1900 and 2100 meters. The Chelchele processing station, named after the local village, is equipped with 14 fermentation tanks and 150 drying beds, ensuring careful processing of both washed and natural coffees. The result is a stunning coffee that reminds us why we love Ethiopian coffees.
