Fazenda Chapadao is a family farm committed to excellence in coffee production. They grow special coffee varieties like Paraiso, a hybrid of Catuaí Amarello and Timor. The farm is exceptionally well-maintained, focusing on quality and producing only micro and nano lots. They use African drying beds to preserve unique flavors and store beans in fruit skins during processing.
