Mieludo or Honey processed beans come from Proyecto Pico Duarte Farm at an altitude of 1775MTS. This processing method retains mucilage, allowing the coffee to dry with fruity flavors and sweet acidity. The honey processed coffee has a golden yellow hue resembling honey.
