This Colombian Yellow Papayo lot comes from a close collaboration between esteemed producer Nestor Lasso and influential sourcing group Cata Export. Grown at Nestor’s farm El Diviso in Huila and processed with a multi-step fermentation approach, the result is a coffee that’s bright, sweet, and deeply characterful. Expect syrupy body, prominent tropical fruit notes and a clean finish.
