This Pacamara is a blend of lots from a small group of producers in Salado Blanco, Huila. The coffee is fermented in cherry for five days, resulting in a smooth and rich cup with flavors of fudge, spiced rum, and mandarin. It is designed for both filter and espresso brewing.
