Inspired by his brother, Arnulfo Caro planted his first coffee trees in 2020. Their farm, located at over 2,100 meters above sea level, produces a Chiroso coffee known for its creamy marshmallow sweetness, layered with maple syrup richness and bright mandarin acidity. The coffee is processed using a washed method, enhancing its complexity and sweetness.
