Finca El Yos Café Rivense del Chirripó is a family micromill founded by Régulo Ureña and Isabel Rojas in 2005. The coffee is picked when the cherries are red-purple, processed without water, and dried for optimal moisture content.

Abracadabra Coffee Co., founded in 2015 in Woodstock, Vermont by Antoinette and Clint Hunt and Sarah Yetter, roasts seasonally sourced single-origin coffees with playful, experimental profiles. They operate a '64 Shasta trailer café at 35 Wayside Rd. and invite the public to visit on weekends.
