That's why we're launching Les tassés, an indiscriminate roast in collaboration with Wilton Benitez, Colombia's famous producer. Despite their imperfect appearance, these beans unfurl perfectly gourmet notes of exotic fruit and vanilla, while helping to reduce food waste.
