Sugarcane EA Decaf is made by steaming green coffee in a low-pressure environment, allowing for easier caffeine extraction. The beans are submerged in a solution of water and Ethyl Acetate, which bonds to the caffeine, allowing for its extraction. After the process, the beans are steamed again to remove traces of EA.
