20grams Coffee Roastery is a Nordic style specialty roaster and coffee bar in Singapore. Founded in 2012 by head roaster and green coffee buyer Alvin Mok, the company roasts rare, sustainably sourced coffees with great attention to origin, variety, terroir and processing to express each bean’s place of origin.
