20grams Coffee Roastery started in 2012 with the vision of roasting rare, sustainably grown coffees so that their origins shine through. Embracing a Nordic roast style, the team focuses on the origin, variety, terroir and processing of each lot, roasting in small editions and keeping small stocks to preserve freshness. Owner and head roaster Alvin Mok has spent more than a decade in the coffee industry and sources green beans directly from producers. He and his crew work closely with farmer partners and roast with care to highlight sweet, bright flavors and clean acidity. The roastery operates a coffee bar at 14 Arumugam Road in Singapore where guests can experience their Nordic‑inspired coffee and a cozy tropical garden setting, and they recently expanded with a second roastery in Cyprus.
