We’re proud to offer this stunning natural-processed coffee from Admasu Arago, a second-generation farmer in Shantawane, Bensa, Ethiopia. This lot marks his first-ever direct export, and we’re honored to feature it at Zoka. Grown at 1,950 meters and made up of heirloom varietals, this coffee bursts with pomegranate, melon, cherry and ripe dates — a vibrant cup that evolves as it cools.
