This coffee marks the third time we have brought the exceptional coffees from Prakashan & Mohan Balaraman to consumers in Australia. Riverdale Estate is a producer pushing the boundaries of what specialty coffee from India can be. The coffee begins by picking the SL9 variety before it is floated to remove underripe cherries. The cherries are then pulped using clean spring water, mucilage removed and soaked for 12 hours.
