This coffee comes from the well known Halo Beriti washing station, established in 2014, serving 750 smallholder producers. It is a ‘special prep’ coffee, meaning 90% of the cherries are perfectly ripe and processed separately. This premium coffee is collected from a limited number of producers, ensuring high quality.
