Don Sabino Micro Mill is currently managed by the fourth generation of the Vargas family, who continue the work of the founders. The family was a pioneer in coffee cultivation in the Poás region of Costa Rica's West Valley. They have expanded their operations with the establishment of Don Sabino Micro Mill, processing not only their own coffees but also those of other local producers.
