This coffee is grown in the south of Minas. The hot climate allows for natural processing. Cherries are dried under the sun until they reach 12% moisture content. As a result of the natural processing method, the coffee gains a special flavor. Guaxupé is the world's largest specialty cooperative with around 12,000 members.
